How can I get my psychotic college roommate evicted?

Tell the dorm office that you’re uncomfortable around them. Usually they’ll move people around.
Tell them what’s happened, and that you fear for your safety.

Call the police NOT security, but the local police.
She’s psycho. Give them what information you can about her drug activities. And if she’s threatened you with physical violence, put a restraining order on her.
